게으름 = 무책임

예수께서 이 무익하고 악하며 게으른 종을 어둠에 내어 쫓으라. 거기서 슬피 울며 이를 갈며 깨닫게 하시란다(마25:26~30).

왜! 이 말씀을 하셨을까? 깊이 생각해보자. 참으로 사랑과 지혜의 말씀이 아닌가.

성경에 게으름은 더러움이요, 더러움은 악이요, 귀신의 속성이라며 예수께서 ‘악하고 더러운 귀신아! 그 사람에게서 나가라’며 쫓아 주셨다. 게으름은 귀신 때문이다. 쫓으면 된다는 말씀이다. 이제 게으른 자여! 거미줄만 걷지 말고 거미를 부지런히 잡아라.

나무란 본시 곧은 뿌리는 중심을 잡고 잔뿌리가 키우는 것이다. 기업과 국가는 책임감 있는 브레인이 성장 발전시키는 것이다.

성공한 농사꾼도 부지런히 알곡을 골라 토양이 맞는 곳에 심어 100배를 거둔다.

어리석은 자여! 성공하길 원하냐? 부지런한 자 골라 적재적소에 배치하는 머리로 일을 해라. 반드시 너도 성공할 수 있다.

게으른 자여! 두려워 말고 녹슨 파이프라인을 갈아라. 생수가 신나고 힘차게 솟구칠 것이다. 뿌리가 썩은 나무에 물을 주지 말며, 생각이 썩은 자에겐 기대 하지 말고 제거하라. 나는 단언하노라. 게으른 자에겐 기대할 것이 없다고.

“His master replied, 'You wicked, lazy servant, throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'(Matthew 25:26~30)

Let us seriously consider why Jesus said this Scripture.

Isn't it the words of love and wisdom? In the Bible it says that laziness is being dirty, evil is the essence of Satan. Jesus rebuked the evil and dirty demons and commanded them to leave. In other words, laziness comes from demons. It means we need to cast them out. So now you lazy people! Don't just clean the spiderweb but catch the spider itself.

A tree grows due to the rootlets while the main root sustains it's center. Business and a nation grows by its responsible brain. A successful farmer diligently chooses the right seeds for the right soil and gains a hundredfold.

You foolish, do you want to succeed? Work with the mind that can choose diligent workers and put them in the right position. You will succeed. Change the rusted pipeline, then fresh water will overflow. Just like you don't give water to a tree with rotten roots, don't rely on people with rotten minds: "Remove them."

I declare, there is nothing to be expected from a lazy person.
