The International Leadership Conference, which will be the 11th conference for this year, has rearmed spiritually all the attendants, such as ministerial leaders, their spouses, and seminary students, who are from Korea and many other countries. They have become the driving force to bring about changes to their churches, societies and countries.

The vision of theses spiritual growth seminars is to train the true disciples of Jesus Christ to be the world-class spiritual leaders with Jesus-centered unity, that they may be able to cast out demons, and heal all kinds of sickness and diseases through receiving the spiritual power like Jesus' disciples in the early churches, and thus be able to powerfully testify of the living God.

The seminar, different from the ordinary seminars, will progress intensely from the early morning to late at night with prayer, Bible reading, and lectures. Education is about training, and training indeed is about education.

Only tough training will produce tough soldiers, and rough waves will produce competent navy men. We are convinced that vigorous spiritual trainings will bring about great spiritual power, with which we can deliver this age with the truth of Christ.
